AAPS 2006 Bangkok : A Call for Paper
The 7th annual meeting of the AAPS will be held in Bangkok, Thailand in late July, 2006. We welcome papers discussing issues related to policing, crime and criminal justice. In addition, invited speakers representing various Asian countries will introduce important aspects of their criminal justice systems at special sessions during the conference.
These panels will provide a rare opportunity for criminal justice professionals whose work involves cross-cultural interactions with counterparts in the international arena. Papers submitted for the conference will be considered for publication in the AAPS Journal ?u>Asian Policing.? Speakers and Paper presenters will be provided with free accommodation, transportation, meals and other conveniences.
The conference will be held at the center of Bangkok. Bangkok is one of the most beautiful and attractive cities in the world armed with warmest hospitalities. Arrangements will be made to pick up participants at the airport, and social events including visits to famous tourist attractions will be provided.
The deadline for the abstract of the paper is April 10, 2006, and the final paper must be submitted no later than April 30, 2006.
